Shipping Policy


Beauty Mall delivers to all states in Malaysia. We use POS LAJU National Courier for your online orders. POS LAJU National Courier is able to deliver overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia, however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

We will provide the POS LAJU National Courier tracking number in the customer’s account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with POS LAJU National Courier if necessary.

Alternate Courier Services some of our store owners use alternate courier services for delivery e.g. Pos Laju Malaysia. It may be vary from different stores. You may request your preferred courier service upon ordering and we will try our best to fulfill it. However, the final decision on the delivery method is still subject to the respective store based on their operation.

Delivery Time

We will keep you informed. Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including delivery. Once your order has been prepared for delivery, you will receive a Delivery Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

The ‘Delivery’ time frame is an estimate of when the item will deliver from our store owner. All items will deliver at one time from each store unless you specifically request partial delivery.
