Refund Policy

All of the product purchased from are delivered on First Order First Served basis.

Order Refund only applicable for the circumstances below:

Product Discontinued Delivery Time longer than delivery period mentioned in product page Product Malfunction or Wrong Product delivered.

“For Pre-Order items, Refund is NOT applicable.

Refund options will be offered to customer as listed below :

Option 1 : Product Exchange

·       Exchange with other product listed in

·       If the value of the new exceeds the amount of original title, the difference thereof should be paid by customer.

·       Delivery charges of New title will need to be top or Cash will be credited based on the variance.

Option 2 : Convert payment to Cash Credit under member’s account

·       Paid amount will be converted to Cash Credit which can be fully redeemed in the future order.

·       Customer will receive a notification via email whenever the Cash Credit Account is updated.

Option 3 : Full refund to customer

·       For the payment that paid thru our payment gateway (Paypal), we will notify our payment gateway service provider to cancel the relevant transaction.

·       For other payment methods, customer will have to provide their bank details to

·       Please allow 7 working days for the refund process and a copy of the bank slip will be forwarded to customer.


Under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased, regardless if the products have been pick-up, open or unopened and so on.

For the items that is verified and agreed by us that the faulty or defective items are a result caused by factor (such as during delivery), these items will be available for exchange for the same item. These items must be hand carry to us Pick Up And Payment Center. No shipping back of such items will be entertained.

Under certain circumstances, products that need to send back to supplier (local or oversea) might incurhandling and other service charge. These charges are to be paid by the customer in the case of such items are defective as a result due to error by the customer. If the reason for your return is due to our error, there will be no charges of any sort.

Any other cases that qualify for an exchange and return will incur a re-stocking fees.

Important Note :    

·       All refund or exchange for any items purchased must be returned to us within 3 working days upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 3 working days.
